As a Solution Architect (Security / Edge Network), I sit between customer needs and product capabilities, making sure the solution is technically correct and deployable in the real world.
1) Engage & understand
Security challenges, business goals, constraints, stakeholders, and what “success” means.
2) Discovery & assessment
Traffic patterns, application flows, risk areas, integration points, and operational maturity.
3) Architecture & design
Design a tailored solution aligned with requirements and rollout constraints.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with prospects and customers to understand security challenges, goals, and technical requirements
- Lead technical discovery sessions and security assessments
- Design and architect customized security solutions aligned with customer needs
- Deliver product demos, technical presentations, and proof-of-concepts (PoCs)
- Act as a technical advisor throughout the presales and sales cycle
- Collaborate with sales on proposals, RFPs/RFIs, and solution architectures
- Provide security training and enablement for customers and internal teams
- Drive customer retention, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities
